Return Policy

We want you to love your Goggle Glasses! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges 

• Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when received. All original tags and packaging must be intact. 
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. 

How to Return or Exchange an Item 

• Contact Us: Start your return or exchange by emailing our Customer Service team at info@gogginsgoggles.com with your order number and reason for the return. 
• Return Shipping: We will provide you a return label. All you have to do is package the Goggle Glasses back up and affix the label and drop off at a location near you. 
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method. 

Damaged or Defective Items If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at info@gogginsgoggles.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. 

Refunds Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
